微电解法处理印染废水的研究

摘    要:本文对微电解法处理印染废水进行了试验研究.对含有直接、活性和硫化染料的印染废水,COD去除率可达70%以上,脱色率可达90%以上.得出了电压、停留时间与处理效率和能耗之间的关系.试验说明,微电解法处理印染废水是一种高效、低耗、经济可行的方法.

Abstract:An attempt was made for dyeing wastewater treatment using micro -electrolytic process.For dyeing wastewater containing direct,reactive and sulfurized dyes,the removal rates of COD and color hadbeen obtained more than 70%and 90%, respectively. It was found that removal efficiency and energy consumption are propotional to applied potential and retention time. And this process is cost-effective.
