三峡库区消落带健康评价指标体系

三峡库区消落带的生态系统健康是一个非常复杂的问题，目前研究多集中于如何对消落带进行开发利用，但不同的消落带利用（保护）模式显著影响消落带系统健康状态的发展趋势。简要分析了三峡库区消落带健康状况的影响因素，并在生态系统健康概念的基础上，提出消落带系统健康评价的原则，筛选并建立了消落带宏观生态系统健康评价指标体系，确定出三大类指标，即消落带生态特征指标、功能整合性指标和外部环境指标，在三大类指标内又分别分出各自的具有可操作性的亚指标。以开县消落带为例，运用该评价指标体系进行开县消落带的健康预测评价。

HEALTH EVALUATION SYSTEM OF THE WATER-LEVEL-FLUCTUATION ZONE IN THE THREE GORGES AREA

The future water-level-fluctuation zone formed by the operation of the Three Gorges Dam will be a complex eco-health problem in the reservoir area.Most studies have focussed on the utilization of the water-level-fluctuation zone,but the protection or utilization models will influence the developing trends of the health and stability status of this special zone.This paper discribes the formation and the definition of the water-level flutuation zone in the Three Gorges Region based on the analysis of the factors affecting the health state.Then the paper puts forward an evaluation system involving indicators in three groups: structural indicators,functional indicators and environmental indicatiors,which have sub-factors under each category.In the design of the evaluation system,the subject zone is regarded as the type similar to wetland and the impacts of human activities on the zone have attracted great attention.Taking Kaixian County as a case,this evaluation system is used to forecast the health state under different protection or utilization models of the future water-fluctuation-zone in the paper.
