| Abstract: | Based on the introduction of development process,operational mode,overall structure and features of the environmental management system(EMS) of U.S.Army,this paper summarizes the problems of implementation process of the system and proposes the countermeasures,which will provide enlightenments to the establishment and perfection of EMS of PLA. |
