| 摘 要： | 云南省危脸废物管理工作起步较晚，管理工作基础十分薄弱，导致申报统计工作薄弱，处理处置不合理。应尽快健全危险废物管理机制，建立和完善相应的地方性法规，推行清洁生产工艺；对危险废物实行集中处理处置，提高综合利用水平，对其进行资源化循环利用和无害化处理处置。

The Problems and Countermeasures on the Management of the Hazardous Waste in Yunnan Province |

| Abstract: | The management of the hazardous waste is begun very late in Yunnan. That leads to the difficulty to report and count the quantities of the waste and the unreasonable treatment and disposal. We should perfect the management system of the hazardous waste, the local laws and carrying out the clean production technology. We should put together the hazardous waste to treat and dispose, improve the utility level and look for the better ways of resource recycling and innoxious treatment and disposal. |
