Environmental Risk Calculation of Blast from Civil Exploder Depository

The goods stored at civil exploder depositories are prone to blast and pose high risks on the surrounding environment.This paper establishes an effective calculation method to evaluate the potential blasting risks from civil exploder depositories, in view of the consequent shock wave, the blasting drifts, and the number of victims. This calculation is demonstrated to be pertinent, maneuverable, and practicable, by application to a civil exploder depository. This calculation method is applicable to other similar project risk assessments, and is also helpful for quickly blasting risk assessments to new civil exploder depositories before construction.
