摘    要:为了实现面向突发事件的智能建筑管理系统(IBMS),提出了智能建筑突发事件的抽象模型、基本运算操作及优先权分配机制,并根据突发事件监控和管理的目标,提出了IBMS的"分布式虚拟应急中心"集成结构.

Abstract:The present paper aims to introduce the authors' work on an intelligent emergency monitoring and managing system model,its operation guide and priority distribution mechanism.At the same time,it also introduces the basic theoretical framework of "distribution virtual emergency operation center" of intelligent building management systems(IBMS) as well as on how to implement the whole system.As is known,a very important function of modern intelligent buildings(IB) for all kinds of emergencies in IB is aimed to keep people and their properties safe.Therefore,the emergency abstract model is defined as a transition system from one state to another,which can be described in accordance with one or more of its functions.However,its operation rules are available to all kinds of emergencies based on the model defined.To put it theoretically,the priority distribution mechanism is a way to settle concurrent emergencies by an array of priorities of its designator of impendency.The framework of IBMS is a portal based on XML/Web Services which can be made any access to from anywhere in the Internet with authentication by means of web-devices such as PC,PAD or a mobile device,which is an effective method for emergency experts to offer instant advice and occupants to escape away when emergency occurs.
