啤酒企业环境污染节点识别及分析

在企业内部推行节能减排、实施清洁生产不仅是企业自身生存和发展的需要，而且也是减轻环境污染，实现经济、社会与环境协调发展的重要举措。对整个企业进行物料衡算和污染节点识别分析是实施清洁生产的基础和前提条件。通过等标污染负荷法，结合各个排水单元的水质和水量。比较了糖化洗锅、发酵洗罐、洗瓶车间和巴氏灭菌四个节点的等标污染负荷比，分别为42．7％、36．6％、14．8％、5．86％。从水质上说，糖化洗锅的废水是重要的污染节点，但是发酵洗罐、洗瓶车间和巴氏灭菌三个节点排水水质较好、水量较大，有很大的节水潜能，是实施清洁生产节水减排的主要突破口。
