摘    要:机务维修是保障航空器安全运行的重要工作.针对现行航空公司机务维修系统的安全评估方法不完备性问题,通过对机务工作业务模块的分析,结合天津某航空公司机务维修部门近7年来的不安全事件统计,从人-机-环-管四个方面筛选并建立了19个评价指标,运用ANP(analysis net process)方法结合三角模糊函数对机务系统的安全水平进行定量分析,得出影响机务维修安全的前8位指标——检查监督,维修态度,操作技能,文化建设、价值观,硬件软件技术,性能标准,人际关系.最终提出相关的可行性建议.

Abstract:The study was inclined to set up a maintenance capability evaluation model of airline maintenance department by using the so-called Fuzzy Analysis Net Process(F-ANP).First,through analyzing the maintenance work module,base on errors and accidents that took place in maintenance department of X airline in Tianjin,the affecting fators were analyzed,which were classified into four types.A highly comprehensive evaluation index system of maintenance capability was set up from the following four parts—including human factors,mechanical status,environmental situation and management,and the four parts consituted the first hierarchy in the index system.Then considering the multi-gradation,the relationship between indexes was analyzed by applying the Delphi method and Fuzzy Analytical net process.Based on the evaluation requirements and the variation trend of indexes,considering a variety of influence factors and the mutual influence between each factors,triangular fuzzy mathematics and ANP method were used to calculate the quantitative indexes.Last,the weight of each factor were calculated in the super matrix.In addition,an application example of this model was given.From the result,it showed that the top eight indexes respectively are inspection and supervision,maintenance attitude,operation skills,culture construction,values,hardware and software technologies,performance standards,and interpersonal relationship.Then,some feasible suggestions were put forward to slove this problem.
