以职业健康安全管理体系推动安全生产标准化建设探究

基于职业健康安全管理体系和安全生产标准化体系都是系统化的安全管理方法,总结了两者的相似点和不同点。分析利用职业健康安全管理体系建设积累的资源和经验来推动安全生产标准化达标建设工作的可行性,并在实践中就如何利用现有的组织机构、人力资源、文件体系建立、作业现场管理、持续改进等进行了探究。结果表明:利用体系建设积累的资源和经验能够为科研院所开展标准化工作节省大量的人力物力和财力及时间。

Probe into utilizing OHSMS to promote work safety standardization construction

Based on the fact that the OHSMS and the work safety standardization of enterprises is systemic safety management method,similarities and difference is summarized between the two.OHSMS has been adopted by the larger enterprises in recent years,and experience was acquired in the process of OHSMS＇s establishment,and feasibility of utilizing resources and experience to impulse the work safety standardization construction is explored.Also how to utilize these existing organizations,human resources,systemic documents establishment,working location management and PDCA mode etc effectively was studied in practice,and the result of the research shows that a mass of human resources,materials,money and time can be saved in the work safety standardization construction of enterprises by the resources and experience accumulated in the process of OHSMS＇s construction.
