工业企业职业病危害防护设施管理对策研究

职业病危害防护设施是有效预防和控制职业病危害的重要方法之一,对其有效管理可以确保职业病危害防护设施的防护效果,实现保护劳动者的目的。本文列出了《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》等法律法规对职业病危害防护设施的相关要求和规定,并对目前工业企业职业病危害防护设施的现状进行了阐述,分析了目前工业企业尤其是中小企业职业病危害防护设施普遍存在的问题及其原因;针对工业企业职业病危害防护设施存在的主要问题,从思想意识、管理制度、人员配备、防护设施设计、防护效果性能监测与评估等方面提出相应的管理对策。

Countermeasure research on the management of occupational disease prevention facilities in industrial enterprises

The occupational disease prevention facilities is one important way of effective prevention and control of occupation hazards, and the effective management of the occupational disease prevention facilities can ensure pro- tective effect of the occupational disease prevention facilities, which achieve the aim of protection of workers. The requirements and regulations of the occupational disease prevention facilities in laws and regulations, such as ＇ Code of Occupational Disease Prevention of PRC＇ , is introduced, and the current situation of occupational disease pre- vention facilities in industrial enterprises especially for small and medium enterprises is also introduced. The uni- versal problems and reasons of the occupational disease prevention facilities at present are analyzed. Base on the a- nalysis, the countermeasures of management for occupational disease prevention facilities are proposed from ideolo- gy, management system, personnel, facilities design, protective effect of performance monitoring and evaluation.
