| 摘 要： | 建国以来矿业城市为社会主义现代化建设做出了巨大的贡献，但随着对资源的深度依赖往往会陷入产业结构单一的困境，只有变单一结构为综合型的产业结构才能走出低谷已经成为共识，但城市产业转型过程中遇到了一些障碍。本文分析、总结了这些障碍，并以德国鲁尔区成功的产业结构转型为例，对我国矿业城市产业转型提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | It becomes common for a mining city to sink into predicament and that there is no way but to adjust the industry structure so as to get a boom, but the city adjustment meets some obstacles. This paper analyze s these obstacles, taking the industry structural adjustment of Ruhr as the exam ple, and gives some appropriate suggestions. |
