摘    要:采用三维电极法对工业精对苯二甲酸(PTA)装置产生的含钴、锰废水进行处理。通过与传统二维电极法的处理效果进行比较,论证了三维电极法脱除Co2+,Mn2+的优越性。探究了填料类型、极板间电压、粒子电极填充比(粒子电极质量(g)与废水体积(mL)的比)、极板间距等工艺参数对Co2+,Mn2+脱除率的影响。实验结果表明,适宜的工艺条件为:采用柱状活性炭颗粒作为粒子电极,掺混柱状聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)颗粒作为绝缘粒子,极板间电压25 V,粒子电极填充比4∶8,极板间距8 cm。在此条件下处理Co2+,Mn2+初始质量浓度分别为108,208 mg/L的废水,60 min后,Co2+和Mn2+的脱除率分别高达97.1%和95.0%。而二维电极法的Co2+和Mn2+的脱除率仅分别为34.1%和15.8%。

Abstract:The wastewater containing cobalt and manganese from purified terephthalic acid (PTA)industrial plant was treated by three-dimensional electrode method. Compared with the treatment effect of traditional two-dimensional electrode method,the advantages of three-dimensional electrode method are demonstrated. The effects of packing type,voltage between plates,filling ratio of particle electrodes (ratio of particle electrodes mass (g)to wastewater volume (mL))and distance between plates on Co2+ and Mn2+ removal rate were studied. The results show that the suitable process conditions are as follows:using column activated carbon particles as the particle electrode,using the column polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)particles as the insulating particles,the voltage between plates is 25 V,the filling ratio of particle electrode is 4∶8,and the distance between plates is 8 cm. Under these conditions,the removal rates of Co2+ and Mn2+ can be as high as 97.1% and 95.0% respectively after 60 min treatment of wastewater with the initial mass concentration of Co2+ and Mn2+ of 108 and 208 mg/L. However,the removal rate of Co2+ and Mn2+ by two-dimensional electrode method is only 34.1% and 15.8%,respectively.
