酸雾净化器的试验研究

摘    要:本文提出了一种新的酸雾净化方法.其特点是借助湿式纤维过滤层从空气中分离酸雾.纤维过滤层用喷雾将其封闭,由于纤维的湿润表面和微细水雾滴为酸雾粒子与其碰撞和截留提供了更多的机会,因而提高了酸雾捕集效率.与其他净化吸收塔相比较,它的特点是阻力低,效率高、体积小、成本低.这种湿式过滤器也可用于车间空气的循环净化而不必在冬季抽排大量车间内空气导致能耗的增加.文中推导了几个公式用于设计时计算阻力、流量和效率.

A RESEARCH OF WET FIBRE—FILTER FOR REMOVAL ACID FUME
Abstract:In this Paper,a new cleaning way for acid fume is advanced. The crux of this method is that separation acid fume from air is completed by a wet fibre-filter which is sealed by spraying water.The collection efficiency of acid fume is increased because the humid surface of fibres and water droplets provide more opportunity of inertia-impaction and interception of fume particles with it. The distinguishing feature,in comparison with otber cleaning absorption towers,is lower resistance,higher efficency,smaller size and lower cost. This wet filter may be used in recirculation in order to clean air in work- shops without exhausting a great quantity of pollution air in winter to avoid wasting energy. Some formulas are derived to calculate resistance,volume of air and coll- ection efficiency of this device in design.
