基于层次分析法的有毒作业场所职业危害程度分级指标研究

我国目前职业危害形势依然严峻，急、慢性职业中毒案例时有发生。对可能引起急、慢性职业中毒的有毒作业场所，按照其职业危害严重程度实施分级、分重点监管，成为我国职业危害监管工作需要解决的迫切需求。实施有毒作业场所分级监管的关键，是确定合理的分级指标，从而将有毒作业场所区分开。本文应用层次分析法，对有毒作业场所的各项评价指标进行分析，并最终确定毒物浓度超标倍数作为最终的分级指标，从而为制定有毒作业场所分级标准，开展有毒作业场所分级监管提供科学的依据。

Research of occupational hazards classification index to toxic chemicals in the workplace based on AHP

At present, the status of occupational hazards is quite serious in China, and more and more workers suffer from occupational poisoning. Comprehensive data based on the Ministry of Health of China between 1998 and 2007, there were 108859 occupational patients, and the number of pneumoconiosis patients and occupational poisoning patients were 82419 and 16369 respectively. In order to make the safety work more scientific, classification management based on the workplace occupational hazards levels proved to be the best choice which may solve the supervision problem. The paper first analyses all of the relative factors and then with the considering of research aim establishes the toxic chemical hazardous workplace evaluation system. After calculating the evaluating factors priority based on the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） , and summarizes the previous results, the paper chooses toxic chemical excess multiple to be the last classification index. This research will be helpful to develop classification standards and useful to complement supervision for the government, which would be very useful to solve the current serious occupational diseases status.
