摘    要:定性分析了附加阳极在电收尘中的作用 ,阳极板、附加阳极和长针刺电晕极的极配使得一种更适应工况的电场分布得以建立 ,这种结构应用在造纸厂碱回收炉ZHF2 1- 10型静电除尘器的改造中 ,获得成功。改造中采用了阳极板、槽形附加阳极与长针刺电晕极的极配方式 ,所有与烟气接触的构件采用不锈钢制作 ,使改造后电除尘器在烟气温度低于 12 0℃时仍能正常、可靠和高效地工作 ,除尘效率高达 99%

Abstract:This paper qualitatively analyzes the functions of the additional positive plates.The composition of positive plates,additional positive plates and supper long needle corona electrodes,a new type electric field distribution manner more suitable for operating condition,is formed.This kind of the structure successfully applies to the reform of ZHF21 10 ESP of alkali recovery furnace in a paper mill furnace.In the reform project,we take advantage of distribution of positive plates,concave type additional positive plates,and supper long needle corona electrode.All of the parts contacting with flue gases were made of stainless steel.In that way,ESP can run smoothly,reliably even at temperatures below 120 ℃,and can obtain a high dust removal efficiency of up to 99%.
