摘    要:在批式试验条件下,以牛粪堆肥为天然产氢菌源,以海带为底物,通过厌氧发酵生产氢气。系统考察了几个重要的营养和环境因素(如底物预处理条件、初始pH值和底物浓度等)对海带产氢能力的影响。结果表明:底物的稀酸预处理在海带的发酵产氢中扮演着重要角色。在初始pH=6.5,乳酸预处理浓度10%,底物浓度20g/L的条件下,海带最大产氢能力为104.40mL/gTVS,最大氢浓度为32.6%,且没有检测到甲烷气体存在。液相中主要发酵末端产物为乙醇、乙酸和丁醇。

Abstract:Biohydrogen was produced from marine alga waste by anaerobic fermentation in batch experiment. Influence of several environmental factors including pretreatment condition of substrate,initial pH value and substrate concentration on biohydrogen production from kelp was studied. Results indicated that acid pretreatment of substrate played a key role in conversion of kelp into biohydrogen by cow dung composts.
