关于把衡阳建成现代化区域性中心城市的思考

城市现代化建设是现代经济发展必然的途径．本文通过对衡阳城市建设现状与差距的分析，借鉴国内外有关现代化国际城市的研究成果和资料，探索了衡阳市建设现代化区域中心城市的基本指标体系和基本标准，并对衡阳市建设现代化城市进行定量分析，提出将衡阳建设成为一个现代化生态城市的战略构想，最后从人口集聚、产业分工合作、发展空间裂变、半径辐射牵引和持续协调发展等五个方面提出了具体措施．

Thoughts on Hengyang City Construction Modernization

Urban modernizing construction is the necessary approach of economical development. Using the experience of our and other countries for reference of study on modem international city, the author probes the basic index - system and standard of modem international city. On the basis of quantitative analysis to Hengyang city, the author points out the strategic countermeasure on building Hengyang city into modem international city. This thesis, based on the analysis of the current condition and distance of Hengyang city construction, puts out the strategic thought that turns it to a modern ecological city and the detailed measures from five viewpoints of population centralization, industry cooperation, developmental space fission,radial radiant attractiveness,sustainable harmonious development.
