驯化活性污泥处理垃圾渗滤液研究

摘    要:利用驯化活性污泥法对组分复杂的垃圾渗滤液进行有机物降解实验。结果表明,对BOD_5/COD比值为0.45~0.47的垃圾渗滤液,其进水最佳污泥负荷为1.7~2.0kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d),在此范围内,经过8h的好氧生化处理,COD和BOD_5去除率分别达71%~76%和81%~85%。驯化的活性污泥以菌胶团为主,菌落形态多样,其中原生动物以盖纤虫和轮虫为主。该处理系统的生化动力学半速度常数K_5=168mg/L,最大比降解速度K=1.70d~(-1),可用于表征该废水的可生化性和驯化活性污泥的种群特征。

Abstract:Microbial degradation by acclimated activated sludge was investigated to characterize biodegradability of landfill leachate.Results demonstrated that the acclimated cultures mainly contained flocculated bacteria and some of protozoa including Opercularia and rotifers. Microbial degradation resulted in good removal efficiency of COD_σand BOD_5 respectively 71%~76% and 81%~85% after 8h aeration when sludge loading was in the optimal range of 1.7~2.0kgCOD/(kgMLSS.d), and saturation constant(Ks)was 168mg/L and the maximum specific substrate utilization rate(K)was 1.70d~(-1).
