IC厌氧反应器处理垃圾渗滤液

摘    要:在(35±1)℃条件下,采用IC厌氧反应器对天津大港垃圾焚烧厂垃圾渗滤液进行处理,研究了COD的去除效果、容积负荷、沼气产量和污泥的颗粒化,分析了循环比、上升流速对反应器的影响.结果表明,厌氧反应器经60 d的启动运行后,达到300 m3/d的设计水量,进水容积负荷达到17.7 kg COD/(m3·d),水力停留时间3.7 d,COD去除率高于80%,出水挥发酸(VFA)低于1 500 mg/L,平均每去除1 kg COD 产沼气0.42 m3,适宜的上升流速和循环比为2.0~5.0 m/h、8:1~20:1.启动结束后,厌氧消化污泥明显出现颗粒化,颗粒污泥的沉降速度达到了67.5~96.0 m/h,0.3~1.0 mm的颗粒污泥量占有74%.

Abstract:Internal circulation(IC)anaerobic treatment of landfill leachate from Tianjin Dagang Garbage Incineration Plant was investigated under condition of(35±1)℃.The reactor was operated continuously with stepwise increments in volume loading rate (VLR) until limiting condition was reached. The removal efficiency of COD, volume loading rate (VLR), biogas production and sludge granulation were researched. The reflux ratio and up-flow velocity were investigated for the operation of reactor. Results showed that the reactor worked stably and effectively for COD removal and gas production. The influent reached 300 m3/d, the volume loading rate(VLR) reached 17.7 kg COD/ (m3·d) and hydraulic retention time was 3.7 d, COD removal efficiency could be more than 80% after 60 days start-up operation. The volatile fatty acid (VFA) concentration of effluent was lower than 1 500 mg/L, the average biogas production rate could be 0.42 m3/kg COD, the optimized condition of superficial liquid upflow velocity was 2.0~5.0 m/h and reflux ratio was 8:1~20:1 under the same conditions. After startup, anaerobic digestion sludge appeared granulation obviously, the value of granular settling velocity was from 67.5 m/h to 96.0 m/h and the granular sludge sizes ranging from 0.3 mm to 1.0 mm could reach 74%.
