复合射孔技术排放瓦斯的研究

摘    要:复合射孔技术是油气行业中新兴的复合型增产技术,该技术能有效地控制射孔方向和压裂缝的扩展。对该技术应用于煤层瓦斯排放中的有关机理进行了初步的分析,并根据有关公式对相关参数进行了理论计算。针对煤层的特性,将该技术应用于现场,并对试验煤层的瓦斯排放进行了监控和测试。结果表明该技术应用效果良好,有效消除了潜在的瓦斯危害并取得了显著的经济效益。复合射孔技术在煤层致裂爆破中的发展方向较多,不仅可用于提高煤层瓦斯的抽放率,还可用于煤(岩)巷掘进,其应用范围和前景十分广阔。指出了目前该技术在理论和应用中的不足以及有待于加强研究的关键问题。

Abstract:Compound technique of perforating and fracturing is a new technology of increasing production in the gas-oil industry, which can effectively control the perforating direction of the equilateral cumulative jets and the fracturing expansion of the high energy gas. In the paper, this technique was applied to increase methane drainage of coal seams. The related mechanism of this compound technique is analyzed theoretically and its related parameters are calculated. Based on the mechanical properties of the coal seam and the calculated parameters, the new technique was tested in the coal seam. The methane drainage effects of tested seams were monitored and tested and the on-site monitoring effects are satisfactory. The potential dangers of methane were effectively eliminated and the marked social and economic effects were gained. In the coal industry, the compound technique of perforating and fracturing can increase the permeability of coal seams and driving velocity in the coal tunnels, et al. The shortcomings, development direction and application prospect of the compound technique are pointed out in the paper.
