昌黎县生态保护现状及生态县建设对策

"十一五"以来,昌黎县主要污染物排放得以控制,环境污染恶化趋势得以遏制,环境质量明显改善,生态建设和环境保护取得了初步成效。但目前昌黎县城乡环境质量差距仍呈扩大的趋势,存在环境保护意识不强、生态经济发展比较落后、农村环境污染严重、环保投入不足等问题,因此迫切需要从以上几个方面入手加强昌黎生态县建设。

Environmental Protection Status and the Countermeasures on Ecological County Construction in Changli County

Since the "Eleventh Five-Year" Plan,the emissions of major pollutants in Changli county has been controlled,the worsening trend of environmental pollution has been contained,environmental quality has been improved significantly,ecological construction and environmental protection has obtained initial effect.At present,the difference between urban and rural environmental quality is still enlarging,the problems such as weak environmental protection awareness,backward eco-economical development,serious rural environmental pollution,insufficient investment in environmental protection,et al.still existed in Changli county.So the measures should be taken from the above aspects to strengthen the ecological county construction in Changli county.
