新疆塔城风电送出方案研究

针对塔城地区弃风问题,根据地区负荷发展及塔城风电规划并结合塔城地区电网网架情况,以缓解弃风、提高输送能力为目标,采用电力系统综合分析程序(power system analysissoftware package, PSASP)对老风口风区风电消纳情况进行计算并分析,提出风电消纳方案。应用结果表明:所提方案有效解决了老风口风区的风电消纳问题,同时为塔城电网末端提供了电源支撑,电能质量满足相关规定。

Research on the wind power transmission scheme in Tacheng, Xinjiang

Aiming at the problem of abandoning wind power in Tacheng area, according to theregional load development and Tacheng wind power planning and combining with the condition ofpower grid network frame in Tacheng area, with lessening the wind power abandoned and improvingthe transmission capacity as the goals, using power system analysis software package (PSASP)calculates and analyzes the wind power consumption and use of I .aofengkou zone. puts forward thewind consumption and use schemes. The application result shows that this scheme effectively solve theproblem of wind power consumption and use in I aofengkou zone, and provide power support for theterminal of Tacheng power grid at the same time, and the power quality satisfie the relevant provisions.
