基于可中断负荷的经济调度方法

针对电力系统时常发生输电断面阻塞的问题,深入分析了多个地区的可中断负荷合同,从控制时段、控制负荷等方面提炼了可中断负荷的控制要求,以此为基础,考虑可中断负荷响应后最优购电策略,提出了基于可中断负荷的经济调度方法。仿真结果表明:该方法有效地提高了电力系统的可靠性,降低了用户的用电成本。

Economic dispatch method based on interruptible load

For the transmission section blocking often occur in power system, deeply analyzes theinterruptible load contracts in many areas, proposes a series of control requirements from the aspectsof controlling time, controlling load and so on. Based on the above, considering the optimum electricitypurchasing strategy after the interruptible load response, puts forward the economic dispatchingmethod based on the interruptible load. The simulation results show that the interruptible loadimproves the reliability of the power system and reduces the customers, electricity consumption cost.
