直接空冷岛换热量与机组背压关系的探讨

摘    要:针对600MW直接空冷机组运行期间背压不稳定且较高,影响机组负荷输出稳定性及满负荷发电的问题,基于空冷凝汽器η-NTU算法,对直接空冷岛换热量与机组背压的关系进行分析论证。结果表明:空冷岛换热量与机组的背压成反向变动关系,为同类型机组安全运行及背压预判提供理论依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of higher and unstable backpressure affecting the full loadgeneration and the load output stability in 600 M W direct air- cooling units operation, based on m-NTU algorithm of the air- cooled steam condenser, analyzes and expounds the relationship betweendirect air cooled island heat exchange capacity and unit back pressure. The result shows that thedirect air cooled island heat exchange capacity and unit back pressure is the contrary change relation.it can provide theoretical basis for safe operation and back pressure forecasting of same type unit.
