风电清洁供暖的区域规划方法研究

针对风资源本身所具有的间歇性和不稳定性导致风电出力与稳定的供暖需求之间不能完全匹配的问题,提出了一种风电清洁供暖的区域规划方法,以实现风电的生产和消纳之间更好的匹配,即根据某一区域的实际风资源数据、风电出力数据、热负荷需求数据评价该地区施行风电清洁供暖方案所具有的可行性,并定量计算可供暖面积以及所需要配置的储热装置的容量大小。宁夏地区的实际算例验证了该风电清洁供暖的区域规划方法具有一定的科学性及可行性。

Area planning method of wind power clean heating supply

In the light of the intermittence and instability of the wind resources leading to incompletematch between the wind power output and the stable heating supply demands, an area planningmethod of wind power clean heating supply was proposed. According to the actual wind resources data,wind power output data and thermal load demands in the area, the feasibilities of implementing windpower clean heating supply schemes were evaluated, and the heating supply area and the capability ofthe necessary heating storage devices were calculated quantitatively. The actual calculating exampleverifies the area planning method of wind power clean heating supply has a certain scientificalnessand feasibility.
