摘    要:针对现有"电改袋"除尘器不易实现在运行中更换滤袋且内部气流分布不均匀等问题,结合某烧结厂190 m2"电改袋"工程实例,提出一种可以在运行中更换滤袋的分室式"电改袋"除尘器结构,并利用CFX软件模拟其流场。结果表明,烟气由进气烟道进入袋室时速度大小和方向均发生突变,大颗粒粉尘受惯性力和重力作用易被中间灰斗捕集,有效减缓粉尘对滤袋的磨损;滤袋底部附近区域和两侧灰斗内的烟气速度分别小于5 m/s和6 m/s,可有效防止滤袋间的碰撞磨损和灰斗二次扬尘;各袋室的烟气流量分布比较均匀,标准差为0.152。

Numerical Simulation of Bag Filter Transformed From Electrostatic Precipitator of Sintering Machine Tail
Abstract:To solve the existing problems of uneasy replacement of filter bags during the dust collector operating ,and un-even distribution of internal airflow in the bag filter transformed from electrostatic precipitator (ESP) ,the structure of sec-tional bag filter transformed from ESP is proposed in this paper ,which can replace filter bags during it operating .The exper-imental model is based on the 190 m2 ESP project ,and CFX software is applied to simulate the flow field .The simulation re-sult indicates that the rate and victor of gas abruptly varies when gas flow enters bag rooms from flue ,at the same time ,the large particles is easily collected in middle ash hopper under the together function of gravity and inertia force ,and the wear of filter bag is effectively slow down .The rate near the bottom of filter bags is less than 5m/s ,and the speed in the inner of bilateral dust hopper is less than 6m/s ,thus the wear of the filter bag and the secondary dust is effectively controlled .Be-sides ,the gas flow is evenly allocated to every bag room ,and the standard deviation is 0 .152 .
