应用技术型高校安全工程专业教师教学能力建设实证研究

随着新形势下城市和工业生产的发展,加强应用技术型高校安全工程专业教师教学能力建设与研究,不仅有助于丰富安全工程专业师资队伍建设与研究成果,而且有助于提升队伍建设质量和水平。本文以重庆市某高校安全工程专业教师教学能力建设开展实证研究,该校通过企业调研和兄弟院校之间的对比分析,邀请安全工程专业部分骨干专业教师、企业代表和其他兄弟院校专业教师开展分析研讨会,初步形成了该校安全工程专业教师教学能力标准,并在相关学院进行试点。结果表明:该校有针对性地从理念、政策、师资队伍、教学平台及课堂教学改革等方面加强该校安全工程专业教师教学能力建设,成效是显著的,经验是可以借鉴的。

Empirical Study on Teaching Ability Construction of Safety Engineering Teachers for Applied Technology Universities

Strengthening the teaching capacity building and research of safety engineering teachers in applied technology-oriented universities benefits the quality and level of team building with enrichment of the research achievements for the engineering teachers. This paper carries out an empirical study on the construction of teaching ability of safety engineering teachers in a university in Chongqing. Results from enterprise investigation and comparative analysis between different colleges and universities were discussed in depth at a symposium involved of key professional teachers of safety engineering major, enterprise representatives and professional teachers from other universities, and the standards of teaching ability of safety engineering teachers in this school was initially formed. The pilot experience projects was remarkable success and set a reference for other school.
