木质家具制造企业职业病危害化学因素调查及防治对策

为了提高木质家具制造企业职业病防护水平,提出科学性的整改措施,以8家浙江省某市家具制造企业为调查对象,采用职业卫生现场调查、检测方法,调查了企业现场防护设施及个人防护用品,分析了职业病危害化学因素检测结果。结果显示,木质家具制造企业粉尘超标严重,高毒物质甲醛及有机毒物部分超标,部分防护设施防护效果不符合要求,个人防护用品配备率不高,需在通风除尘方面采取相应措施,提高个人防护水平,保障劳动者的健康。

Investigation on Occupational Hazards and Facilities of Wooden Furniture Manufacturing

In order to improve the level of occupational disease prevention in wood furniture manufacturing enterprises, and to provide protective measures,based on a onsite survey, occupational hazards in the workplace of the 8 furniture manufacturing enterprises in a city of Zhejiang province were detected, and protection facilities and personal protection conditions were investigated. The results showed that the occupational hazard of dust in wooden furniture manufacturing enterprise were serious, the concentration of some monitoring points of formaldehyde and solvents were unqualified, and there were some unreasonable aspects in above facilities. Aiming at raising the level of protection and ensuring the health of the workers, some control measures in ventilation and dust removal should be carried out.
