| 摘 要： | 为了实现对茂县水资源的高效利用，将水资源开发利用评价的知识与地理信息系统结合在一起，设计出一个基于GIS的水资源开发利用评价系统，从而对茂县的水资源合理利用和加大开发提供一个有力支持，以满足对茂县经济社会发展的要求。本文对该系统的需求分析、系统结构、数据、系统各功能、系统实现进行了说明。

| Abstract: | In order to effectively utilize the water resources of Maoxian, an evaluation system for developing and utilizing water resource based on GIS was designed by combining the evaluation knowledge of water resources development-utilization and geographic information system to provide a strong support in rational utilization of water resources and meet the requirements of economic and social development in Maoxian County. The respects concerned such as demand analysis, system structure, data, functions and system implementation were introduced in this paper. |
