| 摘 要： | 该系统是采用MaplInfo公司的MapXtreme软件，实现对河流流域污染源空间信息和非空间信息的管理，综合分析污染源的种类、分布特点和总量特征，并通过Internet网实现污染源信息发布，同时建立水体污染突发事故应急处理系统。对系统的组成、功能、数据库等的实现进行了概要介绍。

| Abstract: | The system adopts MapXtreme software produced by MapInfo Company to manage space and non space information, to comprehensively analyze the kinds and distribution and total amount characteristics of pollution sources, and to issue information of pollution sources by Internet, meanwhile, to construct emergency system for unexpected accidents. The summarized introductions are conducted for the realization of the composition, function and data base. |
