| 摘 要： | 环保产业发展中存在的问题，使部分省，自治区对环保产品实行了认可证制度，并对环保产品的申报、管理及认可作了详细规定。建议在全国范围内推广环保产品认可证制度并提出完善措施。

| Abstract: | Permit system of environmental protection product was established in certain areas because of the problems in the development of environmental industry, and the application, accep-tion and management, and permittion of environmental protection product were detailedly stipulated. It was suggested about popularizing the permit system in national limits, and the perfecting measures were put forwards. |
