| 摘 要： | 为提高企业安全管理水平、预防事故,有效提升全民的整体安全意识,通过对企业安全文化进行科学客观的评价,为企业安全文化建设提供具体的目标、方向和行动指南。基于企业安全文化4个层次分析的基础,结合S企业的实际情况,构建企业安全文化评价指标体系,运用网络层次分析法确定一级和二级指标的权重,并通过模糊综合评价模型对S企业进行企业安全文化评价。结果表明,该评价模型适合该企业的企业安全文化评价,同时该评价方法也为其他企业的企业安全文化评价提供一个新思路。最后就S企业提升企业安全文化的对策提出建议。
