摘    要:圆明园是北京市享誉中外的世界文化遗产公园,园内有140hm^2湖面,因湖水渗漏严重,每年要进行大量补水。为此圆明园管理处投资数千万,进行了湖底铺膜防渗工程,2005年4月份,接近完工的防渗工程被国家环保总局紧急停止。该项工程如何走出困境,本文从湖底开孔建渗水井,引进中水,以及湖水活化等多方面,提出一些合理化建议,希望以此构建一个水资源节约利用,而且可持续发展的湖区水生生态系统和一个和谐的园区人文景观。

Abstract:The Yuan Ming Garden is World Culture Relic garden with high prestige at home and abroad. There are 140 square kilometers of lake surface in the garden. As facing the serious seepage loss,much water should be supplemented annually,The hundreds of thousands of money have been invested to develop the film - paving water tight engineering of lade bed. In April of 2005, the State Environmental Protection Administration stopped this project activity urgently, How the engineering can break away from the impassed, some reasonable suggestion are put forward ,such as drilling the seepage well ,introducing the treated water and cycling the lake water.
