信息技术应用于环境保护方面,可使环保工作在形式、内容和技术方面实现质的飞跃.在此介绍了环境信息技术的概念,着重探讨了它在环境评估、污染控制和动态管理等3大环保领域中的应用,并以定量管理为例科学评估了当地二家电镀企业的环境保护执行情况,在此基础上,建立了环境信息技术系统平台的基本模式和框架,包括管理系统的结构和共享系统的功能,最后对环境信息技术在法律法规制订、基础设施建设、开发和应用等5个方面提出了展望.

The Utilization and Outlook of Environmental Information Technology

The application of information technology can bring a significant progress to environmental protection in terms of form,content and technique.This paper gave an introduction to the concept of environmental information technology,and more importantly,its application in the fields of environmental evaluation,pollution control and dynamic management.The rationing management was taken as an example to scientifically estimate the carry out of environmental protection of two local electroplating enterprises,based on which the fundamental mode and frame of the platform of environmental information technology system were set up,including the structure of management system as well as the function to share the system.Last but not least,expectations on the formulation of laws and regulations,construction of infrastructure,exploitation and utilization were put forward in the paper.
