摘    要:随着中国时污泥处理处置的要求越来越严格,与传统污泥处理技术相比,污泥炭化技术作为污泥减量化、无害化、资源化的有效处置方式,其优势越来越明显,将具有广阔的市场前景。文中介绍了污泥炭化技术的基本原理及国内外污泥炭化技术的研究进展,阐述了污泥炭化技术根据温度控制范围以及是否加压可分为高温炭化、中温炭化和低温炭化,分别介绍了三种炭化技术的技术特点,从设备运行条件和产品方面对三种炭化技术进行了比较,最后分析了炭化技术的发展趋势。

Abstract:Since the requirements of sludge treatment and disposal in China is becoming more and more stringent, sludge car- bonization technology is regarded as an efficient disposal method of sludge stabilization, reduction, innocuity as compared with conventional sludge treatment technologies. Its advantages become more and more obvious and have a bright market prospect. This paper introduced the basic principles and domestic research progress of sludge carbonization technology, elaborating that sludge carbonization technolog~y can be divided into high temperature carbonization, medium temperature carbonization and low tempera- ture carbonization based on the temperature control range and whether it is pressurized. This paper described the technical charac- teristics of each carbonization technology, comparing them in terms of operating conditions and products and analyzing the trends of carbonization technology.
