铁路行业喷漆工艺中VOCs废气净化的研究

摘    要:本文拟采用烧结金属粉末微孔过滤材料为吸附材料,催化剂为CuMn/γ-Al2O3来净化铁路行业喷漆过程中产生的VOCs废气。试验结果:VOCs中甲苯和二甲苯在温度高于260℃条件下转化率大于99%。在温度高于290℃,苯的转化率同样可以超过99%。经过现场试验验证:VOCs在温度300℃时经过烧结金属粉末过滤器处理后,以上三种废气的去除率均大于99%,排放浓度低于北京市《大气污染物综合排放标准》DB11/501-2007中的排放限值。

Abstract:In this paper,in order to remove VOCs in the railway industry printing process,the sintered metal powder porous filter material was used as the adsorption material,and CuMn/γ-Al2O3 as the catalyst.The result showed that the conversion rate of toluene and xylene was higher than 99% with the temperature above 260 ℃.The conversion rate of benzene was also higher than 99% with the temperature above 290 ℃.It had been proved by the spot experiment that after VOCs was treated by the sintered metal powder filters at the temperature of 300 ℃,the removal rates of the three kinds of the exhaust gas above were all higher than 99%,the emission concentrations of less than the emission limits in "Air Pollutant Emission Standards" DB11/501-2007 in Beijing.
