| Abstract: | Based on introduction of status of TQC(total quantity control) of pollutants in ShenYang city,aiming at a very momentous phenomena of chaotic emission of pollutants,the license system of pollutants emission and dealing of license were discussed on the other hand the practical methods and steps were introduced for pollutants TQC. |
