自动气泵上盖液态模锻一模多件成形方法研究

摘    要:此文叙述了采用间接液态模锻原理,对自动气泵上盖铝合金件进行一模多件的成形工艺研究。此研究在液压机上进行,所用试验装置结构简单,工艺方法中实现了铝气泵上盖与气嘴钢嵌件的一次连接成形,简化了原装配工序,实现了气泵上盖易于成形、便于脱模、节省材料和提高生产效率,并对成形中存在的问题提出了合理的解决办法。

Abstract:This paper introduced in details the forming of the alumiunum alloys cap of auto-air-pump by indirect liquid forging. The method of more-part in one die on the liquid presser in one stroke for the new process was used. The experiment device was simple. The cap inlaid with steel air mouth-piece. The old process was simplified. The cap was deformed simply and drawn from patterns easily, the material was saved and the productivity was raised because of the new process .
