EWP高效污水净化器用于重金属污水治理的试验

摘    要:电池生产过程排放的污水含汞、锌、锰等重金属污染物和COD等有机污染物。该试验通过调节污水的pH值(7.5~8.5),利用进入EWP高效污水净化器的污水自身生成的Zn(OH)2絮凝沉淀物形成的吸附过滤流化床对污水进行净化。试验结果表明可达到:出水的汞为0.000 92 mg/L,去除率为96.2%;锌去除率为99.1%;锰去除率为55.1%;COD去除率为19.6%;BOD去除率为28.3%。

Abstract:During the battery production,the wastewater would drain with some heavy metal pollutants and organic pollutants like Hg,Zn,Mn,COD and BOD.By this EWP unit test,we want to research if we can use Zn(OH)2 flocculate caused by influent wastewater as adsorption layer bed to purify the water while adjusting the pH value to 7.5~8.5.By using the EWP unit,Hg can be reduced into 0.000 92 mg/L with the removing rate of 96.2%;Zn removing rate is 99.1%;Mn removing rate is 55.1%;COD removing rate is 19.6%;BOD removing rate is 28.3%.
