| Abstract: | The water resource security is regarded as an important component of resource security, and its connotation lies in ensuring steady supply of water quantity, effectively protecting water quality and dispelling threats of water calamities. Its evaluation can start with evaluation of water quantity security, water quality security and water calamities control security. |
