公路建设项目对环境安全影响的物元分析模型

摘    要:针对公路建设项目对环境安全影响问题,利用物元分析理论进行研究。在综合分析的基础上,构建了公路建设项目对环境安全影响的评价指标体系,并将多指标可拓综合评价方法应用于公路建设项目对环境安全影响的评价中。分析公路建设项目对环境安全的影响因素,建立公路建设项目对环境安全影响评价的物元模型。将多指标公路建设项目对环境安全影响的目标评价归结为单目标决策,比较简明确切地反映出公路建设项目对环境安全影响现状。通过某省大桥建设项目对环境影响进行实际考察研究,评价结果表明:该法科学合理、简单易行、有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:By comprehensively analyzing the effect of highway construction projects on environmental safety, an index system to assess the effect of highway construction projects on environmental safety was build up. Then, a matter-element model to assess the effect of highway construction projects on environmental safety was constructed by introducing the multi-factor evaluation method to this assessment. Thus, the objective assessment of the impact of multi-index highway construction project on environmental safety was transformed into single objective decision-making, and the assessment results can more directly show the effect of highway construction projects on environmental safety. Finally, the impact of a certain bridge construction project on environment is assessed with this model. It is concluded that this method is scientific and feasible.
