列车脱轨事后安全防范措施

摘    要:脱轨事故是发生率最高的铁路行车事故,严重威胁行车安全,对人员和财产造成极大危害,事故发生后采取必要的技术和管理措施是防范脱轨再次发生的重要举措。笔者对脱轨事故进行分类,归纳脱轨主要原因;针对金华东站驼峰惯性脱轨事故进行调查、整治,并取得有效可行的脱轨防范措施和成功的经验;再综合考虑铁路车务、机务、电务、工务部门的管理对脱轨的影响;提出了脱轨事故事后从技术、管理角度应对的安全防范措施和方法,从而保证铁路运输安全。

Abstract:Derailment is railway accidents of highest occurrence badly threatening the safe running and causing severe casualty and property loss. After the derailment, necessary technical and management measures must be taken in order to prevent the repeated accident. The derailment events were categorized, their main causes were strrrnarized. Taking the frequent derailments occurred at hump section of Eastern J inhua Station as the example, the accidents were investigated and lessons were summarized, from wich effective successful experiences were obtained. At the same time the managerial impacts from vehicle, locomotive, power supply, and maintenance departments on derailment were comprehensively considered. Finally, effective technical and managerial preventive measures after the derailment were put forward so as to ensure the safe operation of railway transportation.
