摘    要:选择拉西环为滤塔填料,甲苯为VOCs代表,运行生物滴滤塔,研究滴滤塔的甲苯降解性能,建立滴滤塔中VOCs的降解模型.试验表明,在实验工况和挂膜条件下,生物滴滤塔对甲苯有较强的降解能力,滤料体积降解速率可达240g甲苯/(m3滤料(h),降解效率均大于80%,生物滴滤法处理低浓度甲苯废气是可行的;所建模型可以较好地模拟生物滤塔处理含苯废气的实验结果,验证了模型的正确性.

Abstract:Selecting raschig ring as the filler of bio-trickling reactor and toluene as the representative of VOCs, the biodegradation of toluene using this reactor has been studied and biodegradation model of VOCs in the reactor also established under experimental conditions. Results show this reactor has higher toluene degradation ability, with capacity up to 240gtoluene]/(m3filter×h), and efficiency more than 80%; and this method is feasible for treating the toluence waste gas of low concentration. The model coincident well with the experimental results, verifies its correctness.
