饱和吸氰炭再生方法及其机理的研究

摘    要:
研究了饱和吸氰炭的化学药剂再生与活化方法,确定工作条件,经含H2O2,甲醛的0.5mol/LNaOH溶液再生,再用含10%CuCl2的2mol/LHCl溶液活化后活性炭的性能恢复到原炭的96%以上,研究表明,经再生与活化后炭样的比表面积所增加,中孔,微孔所占的比例增大,表面含氧基团增多是再生炭获得理想处理效果的主要原因。

Abstract:
The re-generated and active method of saturated adsorbed cyanide carbon as pharmaceutical and its working conditions were dwelled. The performance of active carbon can be resumed to over 96% of the original carbon after being re-generated by 0. 5mol/L NaOH solution containing H2O2 or 0. 5 NaOH solution containing formaldehyde, and then being actived by Imol/L HC1 solution containing 10% CuCl2. The Study reveals that the ratio of the surface area of re-generated and active carbon, the ratio of medium holes and micro-holes, and the contents of surface oxygen are all increased. These increases account for the ideal effects of re-generated carbon.
