超声电化学法处理印染废水的实验研究

摘    要:对超声电化学方法处理染料废水进行了初步的实验研究,探讨了槽电压,初始浓度,pH等因素对其脱色效率的影响,并在各条件下,与微电场单独作用下的效果进行了对比,结果表明,超声波与微电场的协同作用大大提高了脱色率,在最佳条件下处理60min,色度的去除率可达96.6%。

Abstract:Treatment of dyestuff wastewater by sonoelectrochemical method has been studied, and effects of cell tension, initial concentration and pH were investigated. Electrolysis and sonoelectrochemical oxidation color removal efficiencies were compared under different conditions. The results showed that the combination of ultrasound and electrolysis enhanced the decolourization greatly. 96.6% of the color was removed within 60 min under the optimal conditions.
