| Abstract: | A set of rules on water quality assessment on the boundaries between districts and counties were completed including water quality monitoring,assessment and evaluation;assessment procedure.The rules,as one significant part of target-oriented responsibility system of Beijing,were adopted by the local county governments to appraise the performance management in Beijing. |
