| 摘 要： | 土壤微生物种群是土壤生态系统的重要组成部分，土壤微生物种群的生物量是土壤生态系统安全的重要指标之一。农田由于长期施用化肥、农药，使土壤中的微生物特别是有益微生物大量减少，影响了农田土壤生态系统的正常功能，本试验研究选取三种富含活性微生物的有机肥作为试验对象，研究活性微生物有机肥与常规施肥处理下，农田土壤微生物区系的变化情况。

| Abstract: | Microbial population is one vital component of soil ecosystem.Its biomass has become an essential indi-cator of soil ecosystem security.The amount of microbial population in soil has decreased significantly due to a long-term and intensive usage of chemical fertilizer and pesticide.It has impaired the functions of soil ecosystem. Three kinds of active microbial manure were selected to examine the changes of soil microflora comparing with chemical fertilizers. |
