摘    要:以活性污泥为洗涤剂,采用生物洗涤法处理含苯废气。考察了气相苯去除率的影响因素,比较了清水洗涤和生物洗涤的处理效果。经培养驯化得到有降解苯能力的活性污泥,比降解速率(u)为6.27 h~(-1),半速率常数(k_c)为276.37 mg/L。当液相苯质量浓度小于k_c时,该生化反应为一级生化反应,动力学方程为u=0.046ρ。生物洗涤塔在进气苯质量浓度200~500 mg/m~3(容积负荷11.89~29.72 g/(m~3·h))、停留时间60~70 s、洗涤液pH 6.8、气体流量0.14 m~3/h(气液比7:1)时,气相苯去除率最高为94.15%,去除负荷为27.99 g/(m~3·h),液相苯质量浓度稳定在24.32 mg/L左右。

Abstract:The benzene-containing waste gas was treated by bioscrubbing using activated sludge as detergent. The factors affecting the removal rate of gaseous benzene were investigated,and the treatment effects of clean water scrubbing and bioscrubbing were compared. The activated sludge with degradation capability to benzene was obtained by acclimation,with specific degradation rate (u) of 6.27 h-1 and half saturation constant (kc) of 276.37 mg/L. When the mass concentration of benzene in liquid phase was less than kc,the biochemical reaction was a first-order biochemical reaction:u=0.046ρ. When the mass concentration of benzene in the inlet gas of the bioscrubber was 200-500 mg/m3 (volumetric load 11.89-29.72 g/(m3 h)),the residence time was 60~70 s,pH of the scrubbing solution was 6.8 and the gas flow rate was 0.14 m3/h (gas-liquid ratio 7∶1),the highest removal rate of gaseous benzene reached 94.15%,the removal load was 27.99 g/(m3·h),and the mass concentration of benzene in the liquid phase was stable at about 24.32 mg/L.
