纳米材料的欧盟定义及安全性评估

摘    要:随着纳米技术的不断发展,纳米材料在越来越多的场所得到应用,这就对个体防护领域提出了新的挑战。本文简要介绍纳米材料的欧盟定义,国际标准化组织(ISO)、美国国家标准与技术研究院(NIST)纳米材料安全性评估相关标准及研究,国内职业场所纳米技术健康和安全标准的制定、重要纳米材料的生物效应与安全性评价研究等基础性工作,以期为纳米材料的监管和安全性评估提供参考。

Abstract:With the rapid development of nanotechnology,more and more nanomaterials are being used in various applications,which poses serious challenge to personal protective field.In this article,fundamental work including the nanomaterial definition from European Commission,the standard development and research related to nanomaterial safety assessment in ISO and NIST,the standardization of nanotechnology EHS in occupational setting in China,and the research in biological effects of important nanomaterials,are introduced and expected to provide reference for future regulation of nanomaterials.
