| 摘 要： | 对黑龙江省主要灾害－气象灾害、地震灾害、生态环境恶化致灾的成因进行了探讨，初步总结了灾害的发生及发生规律，提出了未来灾害趋势预测，以便人们实施有效的防灾减灾对策。

| Abstract: | The causes of mail disasters in Heilongjiang province, such as m eteorological
disaster, earthquake disaster and environmental disaster are discu ssed. The regularities
and mechanism of these disasters are summarized. In ord er to put in practice the strategy
of disaster prevention and reduction, the tende ncy prediction of disasters is made. |
